Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...The Omni Identity Platform team powers Walmart’s customer experiences and monetization ecosystem by integrating first-party, third-party, transactional, and behavioral signals into a unified identity intelligence platform that continuously learns and evolves through feedback loops. Our charter includes:
  • Advancing identity quality, coverage, and explainability through graph-native identity resolution and scalable enrichment frameworks.
  • Building trusted identity intelligence capabilities that support personalization, advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and omni-channel customer experiences.
  • Enabling privacy-first, real-time identity infrastructure that powers enterprise-scale activation and decisioning systems.
  • Developing adaptive identity systems capable of supporting future AI-driven commerce and intelligent customer experiences.
About Team:
Our team gathers information about customer needs and applies our technological expertise and strategic thinking to create a product roadmap. The product journey is designed to leverage technological excellence to drive customer satisfaction. Walmart's philosophy of Everyday Low Prices is not an easy one to achieve. Being cost-effective is critical because it allows us to optimize all processes and verticals while striving for excellence. Our team is a big part of making this possible.
What you'll do:
  • Drive key components of Walmart’s Identity Knowledge Graph roadmap, integrating internal and external identity signals to improve customer recognition, traceability, and activation quality.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to build scalable graph-based identity capabilities spanning customer, household, device, and behavioral intelligence.
  • Define and operationalize identity quality frameworks, including confidence scoring, explainability, and linkage accuracy metrics.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for third-party identity and enrichment providers balancing signal quality, privacy compliance, scalability, and business impact.
  • Drive experimentation initiatives to improve identity precision, graph intelligence, attribution accuracy, and customer linkage performance.
  • Collaborate with product, privacy, fraud, analytics, advertising, and platform teams to operationalize identity capabilities across enterprise use cases.
  • Support API-first Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) capabilities enabling real-time integration into customer experiences, fraud systems, and decisioning platforms.
  • Translate complex graph-driven and identity concepts into clear business narratives, executive updates, and measurable KPI frameworks.
  • Contribute to the long-term evolution of Walmart’s identity platform toward real-time, explainable, and AI-ready adaptive intelligence systems.
What you'll bring:
  • 6+ years of product management experience with exposure to identity systems, customer data platforms, graph technologies, advertising technology, or enterprise-scale data ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of customer identity, householding, entity resolution, graph relationships, attribution, or personalization systems.
  • Experience working with engineering and data science teams on scalable platform capabilities, APIs, analytics, or machine learning systems.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, measurement systems, confidence scoring, or AI-driven optimization approaches.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, analytics, privacy, advertising, fraud, and business organizations.
  • Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
  • Passion for building scalable, privacy-conscious, explainable identity systems that improve customer experiences and enterprise intelligence.
