Required Education: โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent Required Qualifications: โ€ข Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, administrative support, or data entry preferred โ€ข Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly โ€ข Excellent organizational and multitasking skills โ€ข Strong attention to detail and accuracy โ€ข Effective verbal and written communication skills โ€ข Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Dock Scheduler to provide short-term support in a fast-paced distribution and logistics environment. This role is responsible for coordinating dock appointments, maintaining scheduling accuracy, and supporting daily transportation and warehouse operations through effective use of multiple computer systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a highly administrative, computer-based role and possesses strong organizational, multitasking, and data entry skills. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, scheduling, or warehouse operations is preferred; however, candidates with strong clerical, administrative, or data management experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound dock appointments โ€ข Maintain accurate scheduling information across multiple systems โ€ข Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail โ€ข Monitor schedules and communicate updates to internal teams and external partners โ€ข Support transportation and warehouse operations by ensuring timely and accurate appointment scheduling โ€ข Assist with administrative reporting, recordkeeping, and documentation โ€ข Respond to scheduling conflicts and help identify solutions to support operational efficiency โ€ข Collaborate effectively with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
