Specific Duties

  • Checker
  • Greet guests and students in a friendly, professional manner
  • Scan ID's, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Food Stations
  • Set up and prepare food stations
  • Serve food and maintain cleanliness of service area
  • Switch out food pans and refill supplies as needed
  • Operate equipment to fry, bake, grill and assemble a variety of food
  • Refill beverage machines and maintain supply levels
  • Occasional use of knives for food preparation
  • Dish Room/Pots and Pans
  • Wash dishes, silverware, pans and utensils using sinks or a commercial dishwasher
  • Properly store all cleaned items

General Responsibilities

  • Assist with opening, food prep, station setup, closing tasks, and overall cleanup
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area and equipment
  • Present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times
  • Be open, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic work environment
  • Work cooperatively and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
