  • Support advanced interventions such as intubation, extubation, chest tube placement, central lines, arterial lines, bronchoscopy, proning, and CRRT/HD
  • Assist with therapies including TPA administration, hypertonic medication administration, and EVD management
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapy, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Document accurately in Cerner PowerChart and follow unit policies and standards
  • Float as needed to other ICU or step-down areas based on patient care needs
  • Contribute to a positive, compassionate patient experience on every shift
