An ICS Associate is a professional who supports the operations and maintenance of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), which are used to manage and automate industrial processes in sectors like manufacturing, energy, and utilities. Their responsibilities may include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, supporting cybersecurity efforts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. ICS Associates often work as part of a team to maintain the reliability and security of critical infrastructure systems. They may also assist in system upgrades, documentation, and technical support tasks. This role is essential for maintaining safe and efficient industrial operations.

What are the primary responsibilities of an ICS Associate?

As an ICS Associate, you can expect to spend your week supporting the implementation and maintenance of industrial control systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting senior engineers with system upgrades or patches. Your role will often involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, and safety, to ensure seamless and secure system performance.
