Responsibilities:
As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting residents and guests entering the building.
  • Creating a positive arrival and departure experience for residents and guests.
  • Maintaining the flow of street traffic outside the front door by assisting residents or guests with transportation and luggage.
  • Knowing apartment facilities, services, and features and being able to explain them to guests and residents.
  • Providing accurate directions to guests on questions regarding destinations of the local area.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Must be available to work one of the following shift:
10:45 PM - 7:30 AM with days off to be determined
Requirements:

  • Enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
  • Take pride in making guests and residents feel safe.
  • Communicate well with others and work as a part of a team.
  • Respond to requests from guests, residents, and your team in a timely manner.
  • Lift 50 pounds without assistance.

Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Doorperson at a luxury hotel or residential building is a preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus!
Pay & Benefits:
