Job description

Ice Cream Host/Hostess

Part Time Hourly – Estimated pay range $17.25-17.50 depending on qualifications and experience

Must be at least 18 years and older

 

Position Description:

Host/Hostesses interact directly with customers at the service bars and provide assistance by answering product questions, offering recommendations, weighing and pricing product ordered by customers.

Your day-to-day:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
  • Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar
  • Clean equipment
  • Operate cash register and receive payment in various forms
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations while preparing and serving products.
  • Assist in maintaining and restocking cases
  • Assist in other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Entry level position; no prior experience required
  • Safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of department
