Position Overview
The Technical Value Management (TVM) Engineer supports cost-reduction initiatives across Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) powertrain systems. This role collaborates closely with Design & Release (D&R) engineers, program teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement engineering changes that generate measurable product cost savings. The ideal candidate combines technical powertrain expertise with project management, data analysis, and value engineering experience to drive cost optimization initiatives from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ขย ย ย ย Generate and implement cost-saving opportunities across powertrain systems.
โ€ขย ย ย ย Support annual TVM cost reduction objectives.
โ€ขย ย ย ย Identify design, material, manufacturing, and supplier cost-reduction opportunities.
