  • Assist with quoting small repair jobs and providing technical guidance to newer technicians.

  • Maintain clean job-site documentation, digital work orders via company iPad, and accurate van inventory.

Work Hours & Schedule

  • Standard Shift: Monday – Friday, typical start time 7:00 AM (occasional early mornings or evenings depending on job demands).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration service experience.

  • Certifications: EPA Universal Card and OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain prior to start).

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/R technical trade school certificate strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • On Call Pay

  • Performance & year-end bonus programs.

  • 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.

  • Fully equipped company service vehicle with fuel card.
