Looking for a role where you can bring smiles to faces and enjoy a fun, fast-paced work environment? At CHARLIE'S ICE CREAM in Sylvania, OH, we’re all about serving up delicious treats and creating memorable experiences for our customers. If you’re ready to be part of a team that loves what they do, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe a little ice cream on their face). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and taking their orders with a friendly attitude.
- Preparing and serving our delicious ice cream and other menu items with care and attention to detail.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a great experience for everyone.
- Assisting with restocking supplies and keeping the shop running smoothly.
- Working as part of a team to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both customers and coworkers.
