Bruster’s of Aptos is offering a unique opportunity to join a fun-loving team of hardworking go-getters, with a secure and flexible work schedule. 


Ice Cream Makers oversee in-store operations during the morning shift, setting the tone for the day and putting us on track to complete any projects by day’s end. As such, this workload encompasses all things from product prep to hospitality and sanitation. Bruster’s training includes professional certification in small batch ice cream production.


If you’re a self-starter, have good organizational skills, and enjoy doing work independently, this will be a fantastic gig for you!



JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Morning Operations (opening the store, making ice cream, product prep, general sanitation, team leadership, etc.) in accordance with management’s instructions
  • Conduct oversight of third-party maintenance workers, keeping store ownership apprised of any updates
  • Oversight of Inventory and tracking of ingredients on-hand. Assist management with assessing inventory needs and directly placing orders when necessary.
  • Adherence to store policy, setting an example as a role model for other employees.
  • Serving customer orders throughout the morning
