Baer is looking for SAP IBP Solution Architect for a 6+ month remote project.
Title: SAP IBP Solution Architect
Location: Remote (with travel to client sites as required, including Atlanta, GA)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP IBP Solution Architect to own end-to-end solution design for a global CPG SAP IBP implementation. The architect will define the planning model, integration strategy, performance standards, and design governance across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Control Tower.
Description:
  • Own SAP IBP solution architecture and planning area design.
  • Define planning levels, master data, key figures, time profiles, calculations, and disaggregation logic.
  • Establish design standards and review functional configurations.
  • Lead solution design workshops and resolve cross-workstream design decisions.
  • Define integration architecture across IBP, S/4HANA, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Own performance, scalability, security, jobs, and planning calendar design.
  • Provide hands-on configuration leadership and resolve complex SIT/UAT/hypercare issues.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years SAP Supply Chain Planning experience with 4+ years SAP IBP.
  • 2+ full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementations with planning area design from scratch.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in IBP planning areas, key figures, planning levels, master data, time profiles, and calculations.
  • Experience with IBP Excel Add-In, Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, and IBP integration patterns.
  • Strong architecture, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
  • SAP IBP certification.
  • SAP APO-to-IBP migration experience.
  • CPG industry experience.
  • S/4HANA Advanced Planning / pPDS knowledge.
