Project Manager / Cloud Delivery Team Lead, Need IBM i and Cloud, Marietta, GA
This Project Manager / Cloud Delivery Team Lead role provides essential leadership and oversight within the delivery operations team to ensure projects are completed in scope, on time, and within budget. Establish objectives and metrics for the delivery team and be responsible for meeting/exceeding performance expectations. This position is 100% Onsite in Marietta, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee cloud services projects, engagements, and initiatives.
- Develop and mature standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Foster a high level of communication.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, education, and day-to-day leadership of delivery team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Cloud experience is required.
- 5+ years of IBM i experience required.
- 5+ years of IT Delivery Operations experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Multi-tenant Cloud delivery experience.
- Eligibility to work in US.
- Preference to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or IT.
- Industry-relevant certifications (PMP, Prince 2, ITIL, etc.).
- Exposure to data center operations processes, procedures, and ITSM functions.
- Experience standards/policies, processes, and procedures, and SOC II security controls.
- Experience conducting capacity management, planning, analysis.
