Job Description

Quality Analyst roles:
1.Identify process requirements, monitor process implementation, evaluate process related issues, and identify needed corrective and preventive actions. 
2.Prepare necessary reports, interface and coordinate with all levels of staff including senior management. 
3.Provide organizational support as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager. 
4.Enforce document control procedures for maintaining control within the Quality Management System. 
5.Test case strategy and execution.
6.Design, document and implement and review test scripts to ensure completeness.
7.Perform regression and negative testing methodologies and document results.
8.Review test cases and scripts for consistency and efficiency to ensure all aspects of the application have proper testing coverage.
9.Work closely and effectively communicate as a member of a cross-functional integrated QA team with members that include IS, Customer Relations, Research and Marketing teams.
10.Validate and document customer bugs and support technical support advisors.
11.Effectively utilize and evaluate a variety of QA tools for process improvements.
