At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your own health.  As a Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner assisted stretch.   
Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns. 
  • Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills. 
  • Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
  • Assist stretch practitioners with cleaning tables between stretches
  • Keeping the studio clean and tidy by vacuuming, mopping and cleaning the restroom
  • Making 100+ calls a day to prospects
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. 
  • Proven experience with a track record of professional sales, such as the automotive industry, health club member acquisitions or telecommunications required. 
  • We offer in-depth training and support. 
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
Candidate should be available consistently to work the following shift
  • Sunday 8am-5pm
  • Monday 7am-11am
  • Tuesday 7am-11am
  • Friday 11am-8pm
  • Saturday 8am-5pm
