Role: IAM Application Onboarding Analyst
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: ~17 months
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Analyst to play a key role in Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives. In this role, you will partner with business and technical stakeholders to onboard applications into Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access management.
You'll work on high-impact, complex projects, driving requirements, testing, and data analysis efforts while serving as a trusted advisor across IAM transformation and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex analysis across business and technical stakeholders supporting IAM transformation and operations
  • Gather and translate requirements for onboarding applications into IAM (provisioning access, certifications, and controls)
  • Develop and execute business test cases and test scripts to validate solutions
  • Analyze data from systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory (AD), LDAP, RACF, HR systems, and applications
  • Support stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities (Access Management, Identity Lifecycle, Privileged Access)
  • Ensure adherence to IAM governance frameworks, policies, and standards
  • Perform proactive reviews of access and authorization to maintain a strong security posture
  • Identify trends, conduct benchmarking, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve IAM services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business problems and enhance operational processes
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Information Systems Analytics, Data Analytics, or IAM/IGA requirements gathering
  • Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt)
  • Strong background in IAM operations, governance, or business/technical stakeholder engagement
  • Experience supporting large-scale IAM transformations or application onboarding initiatives
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across teams
  • Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $90.10 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
