A prominent aviation company is hiring an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer for a hybrid role in Seattle. As an IAM Engineer, youโ€™ll be responsible for end-to-end user identity lifecycle management across both on-premises and cloud enterprise applications. This hands-on role involves configuring and integrating platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Active Directory, and CyberArk, as well as administering privileged access, enforcing least privilege standards, and continuously monitoring access logs for security events. Youโ€™ll build and maintain SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies, participate in access certifications and regular reviews, troubleshoot complex access issues, and collaborate with IT and security teams to support new integrations and ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining detailed access records.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience configuring and operating enterprise IAM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, SSO, and federation concepts (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
  • Understanding of access reviews, identity governance, and privileged access management
  • Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Certifications such as Azure/AWS Associate, Okta Certified, or equivalent
