Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Design Saviynt IGA solutions encompassing requirements analysis, technical architecture, application integration, testing/validation plans, and the establishment of security controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to provisioning, deprovisioning, privilege management, and attestation.
  • Supervise the deployment and configuration of Saviynt changes and enhancements, guaranteeing adherence to organizational policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs, configurations, and best practices. Provide training and support to IAM teams on Saviynt IGA processes and architecture.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and foster the advancement of technical skills across the team. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Identity and Access Management team as well as the larger Technology Solutions organization on the Syneos Health Saviynt IGA implementation and IAM processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years experience with support, maintenance, configuration, and development in Saviynt IGA and/or Saviynt EIC including integration with Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Workday
  • Proficiency with Entra ID/Azure AD, Entra ID Identity Governance, LDAP Directories, and Active Directory administration required.
  • Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and SOAP/REST APIs (Saviynt, Workday, MS Graph) preferred
  • Solid understanding of IAM principles, account provisioning, and security policies.
  • Demonstrated experience with Entra ID sign-on and multi-factor authentication
  • Foundational knowledge of network and security principles including firewall, WAF, VPN.
  • Experience in the CRO/Biopharma industry a plus.
  • Self-directed and able to manage individual projects or work as part of a larger team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications; Solid written and oral presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
