Job description

JOB TITLE

Production General Assembly Customer Quality Improvement Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  Perform in-depth analysis of large data sets across multiple variables to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  Coordinate yard campaigns with Production and Engineering to improve qualiy at the point of assembly.
  Investigate customer claims to determine responsibilit,y countermeasures, containments and clean points for each.
  Investigate real-time quality issues to determine root cause and communicate to responsible parties.
  Coordinate daily FTT Metric Meeting with Assembly Lines and lead improvement efforts.
  Lead training sessions and other improvement exercises with Production Team.
  Complete all other tasks assigned by Leadership team.
Collaborate with Production Leadership and Engineering to improve quality at the point of assembly.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Experience with vehicle production (Minimum 2years)
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent desired
Job related experience in an engineering/industrial environment
Domestic / International travel required.
