Registered Nurse โ€” Anti-Aging, Active Adult Recovery & Wellness Center

Part-Time | Palmdale, CA | New Center Opening

Majestic MD Spa is expanding from Monterey to Palmdale with a new physician-led anti-aging, active adult recovery, and wellness center focused on helping clients feel better, recover faster, improve function, and stay active.

This is not a traditional aesthetics med spa. Our focus is recovery, wellness IV therapy, metabolic health, hormone optimization, peptides, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, regenerative medicine, and active adult wellness. We also support patients recovering from personal injury and auto accident-related conditions through organized care coordination, documentation, and treatment support.

We are looking for a motivated, professional Registered Nurse who is excited to help launch and grow this new location. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just a shift job. The right person will help shape the client experience, clinical flow, protocols, and growth of the center while working closely with a physician-led team.

Responsibilities

Administer wellness IV drips and injections according to physician-approved protocols

Perform client intake, vitals, screening, documentation, and follow-up communication

Assist with anti-aging, hormone, peptide, weight-loss, and active adult recovery programs

Supervise and monitor clients using mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, and other recovery services

Provide client education on services, safety instructions, expectations, and follow-up care

Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional clinical environment

Track supplies, assist with inventory, prepare treatment rooms, and follow infection-control protocols

Support client retention, memberships, scheduling flow, and overall client experience

Communicate patient concerns, adverse symptoms, or clinical questions promptly to the supervising physician or clinical leadership

Help create a warm, high-trust, medically professional wellness environment

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

A licensed California Registered Nurse in good standing

Experienced and confident with IV starts

Warm, professional, reliable, and client-centered

Interested in wellness, anti-aging, active adult recovery, longevity, and functional health

Comfortable working in a growing start-up style environment

Organized and able to follow protocols carefully

Comfortable with documentation, care coordination, and patient follow-up

Interested in supporting personal injury and auto accident-related patient care

Excited to help build a new center from the ground up

Comfortable educating clients and creating a high-end but approachable experience

Entrepreneurial in mindset and interested in growing with the business

Schedule

Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow as the center grows. Hours may include weekday shifts and occasional Saturdays depending on demand.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience.

Additional growth-based compensation opportunities may be available as the Palmdale location develops, including performance bonuses, service-volume incentives, or leadership opportunities for the right candidate.

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the early team at a new physician-led wellness and recovery center. We are looking for someone who wants to take pride in the centerโ€™s growth, build strong client relationships, and help create a trusted destination for anti-aging, metabolic health, active adult recovery, and wellness in the Palmdale community.

If you are an RN who enjoys IV therapy, wellness medicine, client education, organized patient care, and building something meaningful, we would love to meet you.

Please submit your resume and a brief note about your IV experience and interest in wellness, anti-aging, recovery, or personal injury patient care.
