The Hygiene Assistant supports Dental Hygienists and the clinical team by helping maintain efficient patient flow, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, supporting infection control standards, and creating a positive patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and wants to grow within the dental field.

What You Would Do:

• Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients
• Escort patients to hygiene appointments
• Assist hygienists with charting and patient flow
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
• Stock supplies and maintain organized operatories
• Support patient comfort and provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
• Assist with clinic opening and closing duties
