Job description

Triple J Holdings, a family-owned commercial landscape maintenance company, is hiring a President / General Manager in Fort Myers, Florida.


OPPORTUNITY:

As our President / General Manager, you will partner closely with ownership to lead operations, drive financial performance, and execute the company vision. Apply your executive leadership to align teams, build scalable systems, foster accountability, and guide the company through its next phase of expansive growth and ownership transition. Applying EOS principles, you will ensure strategic priorities are executed while developing leaders and strengthening company culture. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Serve as the Integrator between ownership and the leadership team, ensuring execution of priorities across three company branches.
  • Lead financial planning and execution, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Drive operational excellence through scalable systems and standardized processes.
  • Lead weekly EOS Level 10 meetings and maintain organizational accountability.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor department leaders and managers.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance, value-driven culture.
  • Support ownership transition initiatives and next-generation leadership development.
  • Align daily operations with long-term growth goals and scalability objectives.
  • Maintain strong trust, alignment, and communication between ownership and operational leadership.


SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience as a GM, President, Director of Operations or similar executive leadership role.
  • Proven success leading and scaling a business with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Executive leadership experience managing leaders and cross-functional teams creating accountability and consistency.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience implementing systems and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High integrity, humility, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience operating successfully within a family-owned business environment is preferred.
  • Experience in landscape or related Industry is a plus.
  • EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience or understanding of EOS principles is helpful.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Triple J Holdings offers a competitive compensation package including an attractive base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to profitability and revenue growth. First year “On Target Earnings” (OTE) of $150K-$200K. You will also enjoy an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, IRA match, and paid holidays and vacation.
