What You Will Do

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems
  • Service and repair forced warm air furnaces, low-pressure boilers, hydronic heating systems, and central air conditioning
  • Apply broad technical knowledge of environmental control systems
  • Use strong electrical troubleshooting skills across residential and commercial systems
  • Deliver professional, timely, and friendly service to all customers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards
  • Minimum 3 years of credible HVAC service technician experience
  • Strong electrical background
  • EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification (required)
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass:
    • Criminal background check
    • Motor vehicle check
    • Drug screening

Requirements

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug screening. Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company's vehicle insurance provider
