Job description

Salary: $ 160,000.00
We have partnered with a large Civil Engineering company in the Phoenix, AZ or Mesa, AZ area to provide them with a Survey Project Manager. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Survey Project Manager:
#1. Must have RLS or PLS license
#2. Must have at least 10 years of Surveying experience.
#4. Must be able delegate and Mentor Staff
#3. Must have experience using Trimble, AutCad Civil 3D.
#4. No more than 3 jobs in the past 10yrs.
Responsibilities of the Survey Project Manager:
  • Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract language.
  • Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring.
  • Maintain quality control throughout project duration.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements of the Survey Project Manager:
  • Arizona Registered Land Surveyor.
  • 10 years of land surveying experience.
  • Knowledge of the Public Land Survey System, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, municipal survey requirements, and ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards.
  • Experience using Trimble Business Center and Auto CAD Civil 3D.

Other Key Requirements:
  • Work on-site.
  • No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
