Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager. This position is part of the Spanish Fork Lead Team. This position is responsible for leading the design, execution, and implementation of best practices for sales forecast, demand, and production planning for ENA's Spanish Fork extrusion and fabrication business operations to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns and working capital. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive overall organizational alignment across sales and operations planning to ensure higher efficiency and service outcomes in alignment with ENA's fanatical customer service value proposition.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Four-year college degree with majors in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of proven experience with successful leadership in Finance, Sales, Production Planning, or equivalent.
  • Safety - Must have a passion for safety. Drive Safety culture, able to intervene, recognize and eliminate hazards.
  • Supply Chain Management or Lead Business System expertise is a minimal requirement
  • Fluency in English.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and results oriented.
  • Outgoing, consultative, engaging, good communicator.
  • Exceptional leadership, influence, and change management skills.

Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Oracle or ERP Systems experience is a plus.
  • Strong planning and analysis skills are preferred.
  • Exceptional Excel skills are preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience: exposure to the aluminum extrusion industry is a plus.
What you will be doing
  • Workload Optimization - Leads the S&OP management reviews, leads the preparation of all data and metrics for review; working capital projections; identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, builds final decision making on open items, and prepares escalations for executive review where appropriate.
  • Inventory Management - by using monthly S&OP tool to track all working capital.
  • Customer Block Management - Oversee the process to determine how much capacity will be reserved for short lead-time orders.
  • Six-Month Capacity Planning - via the monthly S&OP process.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and promote cost awareness in all areas of responsibility including frequent communication with extrusion sites on production, product quality, inventory, and shipping related matters.
  • Creates key performance indicators to support strategies and establish accountability around goals and objectives.
  • Develops and implements standard processes for supply chain activities including capacity planning, inventory control, and metal planning.
