Shifts Available and Hours:

First Shift

6:00am-2:30pm

What you will be doing
  • Independently operates production equipment and support production activities as needed.
  • Lead internal and external problem-solving and corrective action processes.
  • Ensure all work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards are followed.
  • Engage with operators and coordinate the hourly production workforce as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Monitor productivity, safety, and quality performance while working to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling product flow to support production needs and customer commitments.
  • Develop, document, and implement new job processes and work procedures as needed.    
  • Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum of (5) five years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of (3) years leadership experience.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts.
  • IATF experience.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming, Machining, Fixturing and Tooling.
  • Experience in bending, welding, machining, stamping, and assembly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • SAP experience.
