Automatic Saw Operator – Join the Team That Keeps Production Moving

The Saw Department is one of the most important areas in our operation. As an Automatic Saw Operator, you'll help produce the precision-cut components that go into the hydraulic cylinders we manufacture every day. Your work directly impacts the success of our customers and our team.

What You'll Do

  • Operate automatic saws, CNC saws, and bandsaws to cut material for hydraulic cylinder components.
  • Read work orders and blueprints to ensure accurate cuts.
  • Measure materials using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
  • Perform deburring and quality checks on finished parts.
  • Organize materials and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Operate a forklift to move material throughout the shop.
  • Run multiple saws while maintaining quality and production standards.
  • Assist other departments when needed to help the team succeed.
  • Work overtime when production demands require it.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Blueprint-reading experience is a plus but not required.
  • Saw operation, manufacturing, or machine operation experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Team players who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company.

Current Production Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Consistent 10-hour shifts
  • Overtime opportunities available
