What is a hydration clinic?

A hydration clinic is a medical facility that offers intravenous (IV) therapy to help individuals rehydrate quickly and efficiently. These clinics provide fluids, electrolytes, and sometimes vitamins or medications directly into the bloodstream, which can be beneficial for treating dehydration, hangovers, jet lag, or certain illnesses. Treatments are typically administered by licensed healthcare professionals in a safe and controlled environment. Hydration clinics have grown in popularity for their convenience and potential wellness benefits, although it is important to consult with a healthcare provider to determine if IV therapy is appropriate for your needs.
