Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and support the crew in daily tasks and routines, fostering continuous learning and development.
  • Delegate tasks to ensure productivity and profitability.
  • Operate a range of irrigation equipment to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Determine watering requirements and ensure proper hydration of lawns, trees, and plants.
  • Prepare areas for irrigation projects and install, maintain, and repair various components of an irrigation system.
  • Uphold all safety rules and regulations.
  • Properly enter information into Crew Mobile (Aspire) daily.
  • Communicate with the Irrigation Manager when material supplies are low and need to be ordered.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of irrigation parts, practices, and procedures.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in irrigation or a related field.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
