The Medical Esthetician specializes in advanced skincare treatments, offering services like chemical peels, HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, custom facials, and laser hair removal. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service to deliver personalized skincare solutions that align with patient goals.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Skincare Treatments:
  • Perform advanced procedures, including chemical peels, HydraFacial, microneedling, and custom facials.
  • Assess patient skin conditions and recommend tailored treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care.
●       Customer Interaction:
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with patients by educating them on their skincare concerns, recommending customized treatments, and following up on treatment progress to ensure satisfaction.[1] 
  • Build trust and rapport with patients to ensure a positive experience.
  • Answer questions about skincare products, services, and potential outcomes.
●       Sales and Product Recommendations:
  • Promote skincare products and treatment packages.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of ongoing skincare regimens to enhance results.

Core Skills and Knowledge:

●       Proficiency in chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced facial treatments.
