Role Description The Aesthetician position is a part-time, on-site role, responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and exceptional client service. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing skin care analysis, facial treatments, and rejuvenation procedures as permitted by licensure, and supporting medical grade sessions under appropriate clinical guidance. The role involves conducting thorough client consultations, documenting treatment plans, maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, and adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols. The Aesthetician collaborates with medical and wellness professionals to support integrated care, educates clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations, and helps promote services through professional interactions and in-spa events.

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
  • Proficiency in aesthetic treatment techniques including HydraFacial, Glo2, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplane, etc.
  • A commitment to patient safety and effective practice protocols.
  • Experience with advanced skincare procedures such as microneedling and laser treatments are not required but preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of Medicine as it relates to aesthetics, including skin anatomy, contraindications, and treatment safety.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and create a positive client experience.
  • Current aesthetician or cosmetology license in the state of Indiana, or eligibility to obtain required licensure.
  • Prior experience in a spa, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records and proper photo documentation/charting.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with aesthetic technologies and best practices.
