Job summary
Senior Hybris Commerce Functional consultant who can detailed knowledge and experience working with Hybris commerce modules. He should be able to independently run workshops and gather requirements with the customer
Job responsibilities
• Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience in technical and functional enterprise application projects
• Functional lead experience in managing at least 2 Hybris ecommerce implementations and good understanding of hybris end to end solution implementation
• Experience in various functionalities and modules as offered by SAP Hybris Commerce
• Strong communication skills to be able to articulate hybris solutions to IT/business stakeholders, configure and conduct demos/ show and tell sessions for customer executives
• Experience in creating proof of concepts in hybris and doing research to recommend appropriate solutions for the client business requirement
• Work with customers and internal teams to create end- to-end hybris implementation roadmap, lead definition of requirements and design specifications, and guide teams throughout the implementation for hybris Commerce
• Technical hands on experience in integration of Hybris Commerce with SAP and non-SAP Systems, designing the entity model etc.
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing Business processes
• Experience in preparing a detailed estimates for an implementation, rollout and support engagement
• Knowledge of SAP CRM implementation preferred, knowledge of SAP ERP in Sales and Distribution preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiar with SAP Product Suite - Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C), SAPUI5, Hybris Marketing, HANA Analytics and ISU (on S4HANA).
• Development / configuration experience in Hyrbis Marketing, SAPUI5 or C4C
• Practical experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications (delivery or support)
• Demonstrated success in contributor roles
• Collaboration skills
• Demonstrated solution delivery lifecycle experience as a developer of an application on a delivery project team
• Exposed to Agile delivery methodologies
• Familiar with the Customer business functions.
• Ability to learn/adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
