Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experience and innovative NERP Ops Manager to lead our order to cash process in ecommerce division. The successful candidate will manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, oversee cross-functional teams, and deliver features that meet both internal and external customer's needs. The role requires a strong leadership skill, a deep understand of ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA), and a proven track record of implementing technology-driven solution to enhance business outcomes and customer experiences.

  • SAP master data for material management, sold-to code create/change per eCom new product launch and extension for related SAP plant, Storage location.
  • SAP SO interface error monitoring and clean up error across involved systems; SAP SD module, SAP LE module and eCom Platform, XML web protocol.
  • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Provide strategic guidance to eCom PMs in defining or designing processes to meet requirements, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements and provide backup for eCom Dev Ops and SAP technical group in Seoul.
  • Monitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; provide information and reports results.
  • Reconcile credit card payment capture by eCom platform and track it properly reflected in SAP accounting book keeping with Revenue, Tax and Accounting receivable.
  • Process lifecycle management: manage the order to cash process lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery of features that meet customers' needs
  • Liaison role: serve as the primary liaison between NERP, LPS, eCom engineering, eCom operations, and finance to gather requirements, define issue/root causes. Drive impactful changes to SAP and the overall eCommerce process
  • Operational support: manage operational support and assist in new product launches, focusing on pricing setup, SKU setup, MAP registration, and SKU extensions
  • Interface monitoring: monitor all interfaces in and out from N-ERP to vendors, warehouse management systems, and samsung.com to ensure seamless integration and functionalities
  • SO failure monitoring: conduct daily sales order failure monitoring from Hybris to ensure orders are fulfillment on-time including root cause analysis, work with engineering team, and finance team to fix the issue
  • Month-end and year end closing activities; conduct month/quarter/year end closing activities by supporting accounting and finance team on finding the root cause on any AR discrepancies, fixing issues with engineering team, and also performing deep dive analysis of order gaps

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. An MBA paired with a technical background is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 7 years of SAP system hands on experience required
  • Experience in process & SAP SD or FI/CO module management and business strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, strategic company process improvement projects from scoping, design, development, implementation to organizational change management
  • Proven execution of new process and system improvement strategies, principles and techniques
  • Experience in leading cross functional teams that gather information to identify improvement strategies by understanding the organization structure and effectively navigating to drive change management process and system
  • Systems familiarity (ERP: SAP HANA, Postman, XML, Web Interface, Tableau)
  • Maintain and improve existing systems and processes continuously to evolve with changing business strategies, and ensure to bring up to the industry standards by performing market studies
  • Internal consulting, corporate strategy or business development experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage progress for multiple projects at once
  • Ability to learn new business processes quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, especially pertaining to eCommerce Sales data, Fulfillment data and Financial functions
  • Effectively engage with and present to all levels of executive management
  • Cultivate strong working relationships and contracts with external organizations
  • Team oriented, but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Self-directed and results-oriented
