Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through successful execution. This individual will play a critical role in driving project delivery, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively across technical and business teams, and brings a strong operational mindset to project execution and continuous improvement, highly accountable, solutions-oriented, and capable of driving alignment and momentum across teams while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex technology and operational initiatives
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with business goals, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Monitor project progress and drive accountability across teams to ensure successful execution
  • Support resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Champion process improvements and help refine project management methodologies, tools, and workflows

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience managing complex technology or operational projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and risk management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • PMP certification or related project management certifications preferred

  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, infrastructure, fintech, automotive technology, or enterprise software environments
