Duration: 12-Month Contract

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship Required Important: This position offers the potential for direct hire after 90 days. Candidates should be interested in and eligible for conversion to a permanent role. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Operations SME to support and enhance mission-critical cloud and platform services within a secure enterprise environment. This role requires deep expertise across identity management, cloud orchestration, Kubernetes operations, monitoring platforms, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex, security-focused environments and driving operational excellence through automation, governance, monitoring, and compliance best practices. What You'll Do: • Administer and integrate enterprise identity and access management solutions, including Keycloak and SilverCreek • Design and support authentication and authorization services leveraging: ○ Single Sign-On (SSO) ○ PKI/CAC authentication ○ Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ○ Identity federation ○ Access management services • Manage and optimize Morpheus cloud management and orchestration platform capabilities • Develop and maintain self-service provisioning, cloud automation workflows, governance controls, and approval processes • Support and administer Kubernetes environments, including: ○ Cluster administration ○ Application deployments ○ Networking and storage ○ Scaling and performance optimization ○ Security and lifecycle management • Configure and maintain OpsRamp monitoring and observability solutions • Create dashboards, manage alerts, analyze operational trends, and support incident response activities • Integrate cloud and platform services with enterprise technologies, including: ○ VMware ○ ServiceNow ○ Active Directory ○ Automation platforms ○ APIs ○ Hybrid cloud infrastructure • Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions to improve operational efficiency • Create and maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation, and audit-ready records • Ensure compliance with security requirements, STIGs, RMF controls, and enterprise operational standards Required Qualifications: • Active Secret Security Clearance • U.S. Citizenship • Extensive hands-on experience with: ○ Keycloak ○ SilverCreek ○ Morpheus ○ Kubernetes ○ OpsRamp • Strong understanding of identity and access management technologies • Experience supporting enterprise cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments • Knowledge of cloud automation, orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices • Experience integrating enterprise platforms and services across complex IT ecosystems • Strong troubleshooting, operational support, and incident management skills • Experience operating within regulated enterprise or federal government environments Preferred Experience: • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal agencies • Background implementing and maintaining security compliance frameworks • Experience establishing operational standards, monitoring strategies, and platform governance models • Proven ability to lead troubleshooting efforts across multiple interconnected systems Why Join This Opportunity? • Work on mission-critical cloud and platform technologies • Support modern Kubernetes, identity management, and cloud orchestration platforms • Contribute to secure, enterprise-scale infrastructure operations • Opportunity for long-term employment through potential contract-to-hire conversion **Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
