Job description

Colonial Plumbing, Heating & Air in Colonial Heights, VA is hiring a full-time HVAC Tech.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
You'll work Monday through Friday, usually from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Our shop is south of the river, so your commute will be easier with less traffic.
All that you need is:
  • 3+ years of HVAC experience (residential or commercial)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Commitment to safety, integrity, and quality work

HOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR TEAM?
This job pays $32 - $45 per hour, and top earners can make $70,000 to over $100,000 per year. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid over time), a company vehicle you can take home, and great benefits!

As an HVAC Tech, you'll use a company vehicle to drive to different jobs in Colonial Heights and nearby neighborhoods. Your main jobs will be installing, fixing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems. You'll talk with customers, figure out what's wrong, and fix problems safely and correctly. You'll work with a team that values good work and helps each other out. There are also company cookouts, outings, and team events.
