Service Air is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Silverhill, Alabama. If you're an experienced technician who enjoys diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems while providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Sales experience is a plus! We value technicians who can educate homeowners on repair and replacement options without using high-pressure sales tactics.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
  • Explain repair recommendations and system options clearly to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment replacement and indoor air quality solutions when appropriate.
  • Complete service tickets accurately using company software.
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

  • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
