Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Duct Installersย for projects located in or around Jacksonville, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level.ย  If you are a HVAC Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!ย 

Job Scope:ย ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Install duct board and sheet metal ductwork
  • Perform HVAC rough-in work
  • Cut, shape, fit, and install duct board
  • Cut, fit, assemble, and install sheet metal duct
  • Install commercial and residential duct systems
  • Measure and lay out ductwork
  • Hang and secure ductwork as needed
  • Make proper connections, fittings, and transitions
Requirements
  • Previous HVAC and/or sheet metal duct installation experience
  • Commercial and residential HVAC experience required
  • Experience with both duct board and sheet metal ductwork
  • Must be able to perform rough-in work
  • Must have required tools and PPE
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a crew
  • Updated resume showing relevant HVAC/sheet metal experienceย
