Job description

We are always hiring experienced HVAC installers of all levels.
Pay Rate Range
$25.00 to $35.00 an hour.
(Pay is based on skill level)
Location: Kissimmee, FL
 

Responsibilities

  • Experience as a Duct installer.
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement the HVAC system.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Installer.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (van driving may be required).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
