We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC / Refrigeration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems while ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Requirements

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R system issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and testing equipment
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Repair and maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
  • Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment
  • Complete property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and equipment
  • Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities comply with local codes, safety standards, and regulations

  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and design principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
  • Proficiency with industry tools and equipment, including electrical diagnostic tools, welders, and plumbing equipment
  • Experience with appliance or commercial kitchen equipment repair is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
