Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service.

What will you do?

  • Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
  • Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems.
  • Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.
  • Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
