We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications

- Inspect existing HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements

- Collaborate with clients to determine their HVAC needs and provide recommendations

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide timely solutions

- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations while performing job duties

- Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed Experience:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of appliance repair, air conditioning systems, and HVAC/R principles

- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints

- Mechanical knowledge of how to boil or refrigerate liquids for temperature control

- Experience in property maintenance or design is a plus

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Residential HVAC Installer experience required

  • EPA Certification preferred but not required

  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

  • Service Titan Experience is a plus

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check & drug test.

  • A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
