Position Summary

The HVAC Installation Helper is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to learn the HVAC trade from the ground up. In this position, you will assist an HVAC Technician with installations, maintenance, inspections, and light repairs. Your primary goal is to develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits necessary to grow into a skilled HVAC professional. Starting pay is determined based on skills and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist HVAC Technicians with light repair, maintenance, and installation work
• Observe and learn all aspects of HVAC systems and building performance services
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck
• Wear floor savers and protect customers’ homes while performing service
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow all company safety standards and best practices
• Participate actively in training sessions, morning meetings, and team events
• Follow the company Code of Ethics and Team Rules
• Remain safety-conscious on job sites and while driving
• Travel to training sessions or meetings as required (up to 25–50%)
• Perform other duties as assigned
