What You’ll Be Do
  • Lead a 2-person install crew (you + helper).
  • Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork (layout, build, install to spec)
  • Run jobs start-to-finish with quality, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Use iPad-based checklists for job completion and documentation
  • Maintain a clean truck and job site (we respect the customer’s home)
  • Train and mentor helpers to build a stronger team
What We’re Looking For
  • Have 3+ years HVAC install experience ( Required)
  • Have EPA Certification (Required)
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
  • Ability to lead a job and manage a helperUnderstand and follow OSHA safety rules
  • Can communicate clearly with customers and your team
  • Comfortable using iPad / digital paperwork
  • NATE certification is a plus (not required)
