The Opportunity:

You will serve as a lead technician executing high-quality residential heating and cooling installations across the region. Working as the head of a two-person team, you will drive project success while enjoying a balanced schedule of four ten-hour days. This role gives you the independence to manage crew logistics and deliver exceptional craftsmanship with the backing of an established company.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead a two-person crew in executing residential equipment replacement and change-out projects.
  • Install furnaces, ductwork, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits to strict standards.
  • Track materials issued to each project and order additional supplies to ensure seamless field execution.
  • Complete all required job documentation including project checklists, invoices, and field paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain accountability for job site efficiency, safety protocols, and proper tool utilization.
  • Deliver clear communication to homeowners while representing company standards on every job site.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possession of a valid EPA 608 Certification.
  • Proven experience performing residential HVAC installations including furnaces, AC units, and ductwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a two-person installation crew and manage field documentation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% within the local service area to complete assigned projects.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience as a lead residential HVAC installer.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Technical proficiency in installing heat pumps and ductless mini-split systems.
