CKP Heating & Cooling is a leading North Canton HVAC Contractor looking for hard-working, dedicated HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. We are a family-owned heating, air conditioning, installation, and service company. Our family business has been in operation for over 15 years. We specialize in servicing HVAC units for both residential and commercial customers including, DX Split Systems, Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits, RTU’s, MAU’s, Boilers, and more. We are rapidly expanding in the construction field as well as the service and replacement market.

Along with our competitive wages we also offer continuous training and advancement opportunities to our employees. We are looking to hire as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to service calls daily as scheduled
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Perform consultations with customers
  • Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
  • Sell annual maintenance contracts to our loyal customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment, tools, and HVAC resources
  • Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in HVAC Service Industry preferred
  • Self-motivated, able work well with others in a team environment as well as individually
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong listening and communication skills
