We're looking for an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our Mobile, AL team!
  • Starting pay is $18-$22 per hour

The Company: Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc.

What you'll be responsible for as an Experienced Restoration Technician:
  • Assist project manager on various restoration projects
  • Perform mitigation duties to include water extraction, surgical demo, placement of equipment, structure cleaning and content handling
  • Maintain safe jobsite
  • Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
  • Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:
  • Relationship building/maintenance skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Personable with good communication skills
  • Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
  • Strong desire to learn and excel
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
  • Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
