Job description

Description:

FAT Brands Inc is a leading global franchising company that develops and grows fast casual, quick-service, and casual dining concepts around the world — a portfolio of 12 brands, including Round Table Pizza®, Fatburger, Marble Slab Creamery, Johnny Rockets, Fazoli’s, Great American Cookies, Buffalo’s Cafe & Express, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Native Grill & Wings, Pretzelmaker, and Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses, spanning more than 1,700 units worldwide.

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator. This is a junior role for someone who lives and breathes food content and wants to grow. You'll sit within a holistic marketing team rather than a social-only silo, with room to build skills and take on more across brand, campaign, and channel work as you grow.  You'll be hands-on in producing scroll-stopping food and lifestyle content across a portfolio of restaurant brands, from concept and shoot through edit and publish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create original social content, including photo, video, and short-form assets, for a portfolio of restaurant brands.

• Shoot and edit food and lifestyle content on-site at restaurant locations, capturing menu items, in-store moments, and brand personality.

• Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy tailored to each platform and each restaurant brand's voice.

• Stay on top of food and social trends, formats, and platform best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

• Support content calendars and posting schedules across brands, working closely with the broader marketing team.

• Partner with marketing, brand, and creative teammates to make sure social content connects to broader campaigns and marketing moments, not just one-off posts.

• Monitor performance and engagement, and apply learnings to improve future content.

• Help maintain organized content libraries and asset workflows across multiple restaurant brands.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience creating social content, with a strong focus on food, restaurant, or hospitality brands.

• A portfolio or reel that shows real skill in shooting and editing food and lifestyle content for social.

• Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and other key social platforms, including current formats and trends.

• Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual storytelling and brand voice.

• Comfortable working across multiple brands at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Eager to grow beyond social specifically and develop as a well-rounded marketer.
