About the Role Culton Companies is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our client base in the Huntsville, Alabama market. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who enjoys managing established accounts while actively developing new business in a growing territory.

This position combines account management and new business development. You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of clients in the Huntsville area while prospecting, building relationships, and expanding our footprint with new customers. Given the strong Department of Defense and government contractor presence in the Huntsville market, experience working with military organizations or selling into government contractors is highly valuable in this role.

While the position is based in our Huntsville office, all design and production takes place in our Birmingham, AL Corporate Headquarters. Occasional travel to Birmingham will be required. The ideal candidate is self-directed, professional, and comfortable working independently while representing a well-established company with high standards.
