Job description

Urgent Team is looking for Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to remotely supervise our midlevel providers in Madison and Hazel Green, AL.

SUMMARY:
The Supervising Physician will provide remote supervision and chart review based on the State of Alabama guidelines. A time commitment of 3-8 hours per month, on average, is needed.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• Alabama MD/DO License
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• DEA License
